Our Affiliations

BBC, like other Baptist churches, is independent and autonomous, but we work with other churches from the Baptist and other denominations to share the Good News about Jesus Christ.  We also support a number of Christian Mission organisations, working here in the UK and overseas, including BMS World Mission.

We are affiliated to the Baptist Union of Great Britain (BUGB).  This Union is made up of churches, regional associations, a national resource centre and Baptist colleges. The Union works with others in mission locally, regionally and internationally.  It is a diverse union with small and large congregations, different nationalities and differing styles of worship, yet united by core values and a common purpose of changing lives and transforming communities with the message and love of Jesus Christ.  To find out more visit the Baptist Union's website at www.baptist.org.uk.
